It really depends on the session. Headshots and portrait sessions in Phoenix can often be scheduled fairly quickly, while model shoots, creative projects, destination sessions, or shoots involving specific locations and additional planning may need more time. If you have a particular date in mind, just reach out. We’ll talk about what you’re looking to do, figure out the details, and see what works best. There’s no need to have everything figured out before you contact me, that’s part of the conversation.
Life happens, reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice and your retainer carries over to the new date. Cancellations inside 48 hours, or a second reschedule, forfeit the retainer.
Absolutely, I love shooting on location and traveling for photography. Whether it’s a session somewhere around Arizona, a project in another city, or a destination shoot, I’m happy to travel. Travel and any additional production costs are simply worked into the quote based on the location and scope of the project. Have a place in mind? Let’s talk about it.

Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date on the calendar, with the remaining balance due the day of your session.
I accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and cash. Your retainer and remaining balance can be paid using whichever method is most convenient for you.
For most sessions, payment is split into a retainer to reserve your date and the remaining balance due before or on the day of your session. For larger commercial or custom projects, a payment schedule can be arranged as part of the project agreement.
You will get a short wardrobe and planning guide by email after booking, tailored to your session type and location, generally solid colors and fabrics you feel comfortable moving in photograph best.
Of course. Partners, family, and friends are welcome at Portrait and Lifestyle sessions. For Artistic/Sensual sessions, bringing someone is completely up to you, if someone joins, I simply ask that they respect the flow of the session and remain quiet in the background while we’re shooting. For privacy and to keep the session focused, guests should not take photos or videos during the shoot. And who knows, I may even put them to work holding a reflector.
Outdoor sessions are rescheduled free of charge for rain, extreme heat, or anything else that would get in the way of a great session. Your retainer simply carries over to the new date.
It depends on the category, anywhere from 30 minutes for a headshot to a few hours for an on-location Lifestyle or Artistic/Sensual session. Exact length is listed on each category’s card on the Pricing page.
Within 2–3 days after your session, your unedited, watermarked proofs will be uploaded to a private online gallery for you to review and select your favorites for retouching. Once your final selections are made, please allow 10–14 business days for your professionally retouched images to be completed and delivered through your private online gallery. Need your images sooner? Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
Each package includes a set number of professionally retouched images, see the exact count per category on the Pricing page. Additional images from your session can always be added afterward at the standard add-on rate.
Yes. Your session includes a personal-use print release with your high-resolution digital files, so you are free to print your images wherever you like. For headshots, you may also use your images for your own professional self-promotion, including LinkedIn, websites, business cards, social media, and similar professional profiles. For commercial advertising, marketing campaigns, products, publications, or use by a business or third party, additional usage rights may be required and can be arranged separately.
Absolutely, whenever you are ready. Tagging @fleuryphoto is always appreciated but entirely optional.

Yes. Your images are delivered through a private, password-protected online gallery and shared only with you. Your images will never be used in my portfolio, on my website, social media, or for promotional purposes without your written permission first.
Absolutely. You are always in control of your boundaries. Before the session, we’ll talk openly about your comfort level, wardrobe, poses, and anything you do or don’t want to explore. Nothing is assumed, and you never have to do anything you’re uncomfortable with, if you’d feel more comfortable having a friend or support person with you, you’re welcome to bring someone along. Boundaries can also be adjusted at any point during the session, your comfort always comes first.
