Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to photography sessions and mentoring offered by Fleuryphoto LLC. By booking a session or using this site, you agree to these terms. Larger commercial or custom projects may also have their own written agreement; if so, that agreement takes priority over these general terms.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting rates for planning purposes. Every session is confirmed with a firm quote before booking.

Commercial projects are quoted based on scope, production needs, intended image usage, and other project requirements.

Booking and payment

• A 50% retainer reserves your date and is applied toward the total session fee.
• The retainer is non-refundable if you cancel within the applicable cancellation period or fail to attend the session.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.
• Payment is accepted by major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, or cash.
• For larger commercial or custom projects, a payment schedule can be arranged as part of the project agreement.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Your retainer will carry over to the new date.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session, or a second reschedule, forfeit the retainer.
• Outdoor sessions affected by rain, extreme heat, or other conditions that would interfere with a good session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
• If I need to cancel or am unable to perform the session because of illness, emergency, or another circumstance, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, or you choose not to reschedule, amounts paid for the affected session will be refunded.

Delivery

Proofs are usually shared in a private online gallery within 2–3 days of your session. After you choose your favorites, please allow 10–14 business days for the final retouched images.

Rush delivery may be available as an add-on, subject to availability.

Copyright and how you may use your images

• Christian Fleury retains the copyright to all photographs he creates.
• Your session includes a personal-use print release. You may print and share your images for personal use.
• Headshot clients may also use their images for their own professional self-promotion, including LinkedIn, websites, business cards, and similar professional profiles.
• Advertising, marketing campaigns, products, publications, or use by a business or third party require a separate usage license.
• Tagging @fleuryphoto when you share your images is appreciated but entirely optional.

Portfolio use

Your images are never used in my portfolio, on this website, on social media, or for promotional purposes without your written permission.

Artistic / Sensual sessions

Boundaries, wardrobe, and the direction of the session are discussed ahead of time, and you can adjust them at any point. You are never asked to do anything you are not comfortable with, and you may stop or end the session at any time.

Guests are welcome but may not take photographs or videos during the session.

Mentoring and coaching

Photography & Retouching Mentoring sessions are booked by the hour as listed on the Pricing page. Sessions are not recorded. A short written recap is available on request.

Limitation of liability

In the rare event that images cannot be delivered because of equipment failure, data loss, illness, or circumstances beyond my reasonable control, my liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected session, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
