This website is operated by Fleuryphoto LLC, based in the Phoenix area, Arizona. Your privacy matters to me — especially because photography is personal. This page explains what information I collect, why I collect it, and how I handle it.

What I collect

• What you send me. When you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.
• Booking details. If you book a session, I may also collect your phone number, session date and location, and any notes you share to help plan the shoot.
• Payments. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose, such as a card processor, PayPal, or Venmo. I do not store your full credit or debit card details.
• Your images. The photographs created during your session.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, the hosting server may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, for security, maintenance, and website operation.

How I use your information

I use your information only as needed to:

• respond to your questions and inquiries
• communicate with you about your session
• plan and provide photography or mentoring services
• deliver your images
• process payments
• maintain appropriate business, tax, and legal records
• communicate with you about an existing booking or service

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and I do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Your images stay private

Your images are delivered through a private, password-protected online gallery and are shared only with you or with people you specifically authorize.

I will never use your images in my portfolio, on this website, on social media, or for any promotional purpose without your written permission first.

This applies to every session, and especially to Artistic / Sensual sessions.

Services that help run this site and my business

A few trusted third-party services help operate my website and business. They receive only the information reasonably necessary to provide their services.

• Contact form: Messages submitted through the website contact form are delivered to my inbox using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co).
• Fonts: This website may load typefaces from Google Fonts. When this happens, your browser may connect directly to Google’s servers to retrieve those fonts.
• Hosting, email, online galleries, and payment providers: These services may process or store information as necessary to host the website, communicate with you, deliver images, process payments, or provide other business services.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools.

If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes.

How long I keep information

I keep messages, booking information, invoices, and other business records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide my services and to meet tax, accounting, legal, insurance, or other record-keeping requirements.

You may also request deletion of your session files from my working or archive storage. I will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, subject to files or records I may need to retain for legal, contractual, insurance, business, or record-keeping purposes.

Your choices

You may contact me at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information I hold about you, subject to information I may be required to retain by law or for legitimate business purposes.

You may also request removal of any image you previously gave me written permission to use.
